If you like carrots (and who doesn't?) you're going to love this dish. It's a winning combination of sweet and sour, German style. Serve it anywhere a cold salad is called for.

Ingredients

2 lb
fresh carrots
1 c
fresh squeezed orange juice
2 oz
vegetable oil
3 oz
white vinegar
1 bunch
fresh dill
3 Tbsp
honey
salt and white pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Peel, then shred the carrots with a grater. Chop the fresh dill into tiny pieces.

2Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and let marinate for one half hour at room temperature to let the flavors blend.

3Serve chilled.
