|1 c||fresh squeezed orange juice|
|2 oz||vegetable oil|
|3 oz||white vinegar|
|1 bunch||fresh dill|
|salt and white pepper to taste|

If you like carrots (and who doesn't?) you're going to love this dish. It's a winning combination of sweet and sour, German style. Serve it anywhere a cold salad is called for.
Peel, then shred the carrots with a grater. Chop the fresh dill into tiny pieces.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and let marinate for one half hour at room temperature to let the flavors blend.
