So simple and yet so good. I had never tried Edamame before and thought, hmm, why not. I tried one and thought it would make a wonderful salad. I'm glad I was right.
- 1 bag of frozen, shelled, edamame
- gouda cheese to taste
- 3 diced roma tomatoes
- 3-4 tablespoons chopped onion
- balsamic vinegar dressing to taste
- pinch of garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
1Cook and cool edamame according to the package. Add all ingredients and chill before serving.
