Bunyan's Spinach Salad

This is a tasty salad, and really easy to make!

Ingredients

1 lb
spinach, fresh (i just buy the pre washed bags)
12 oz
blue cheese, crumbled
12 oz
dried currants
12 oz
almonds, slivered or sliced
32
grape tomatoes
1/2 c
litehouse or other good brand balsamic vinegarette

Step-By-Step

1Dump all the ingredients except the dressing in to a salad bowl, and toss lightly to combine
2Chill in the fridge for an hour before serving
3Just before serving add the half cup of dressing and toss
4Pile on to chilled salad plates, and serve
