Cranberry Walnut Salad

I occasionaly provide meals to families that have illness or just need a meal. It's very refreshing in the summer, and great around the holidays.

Ingredients

2 c
fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 c
sugar
1 pkg
cranberry or rasberry jello
1/2 c
chopped celery
1/2 c
chopped walnuts
1 can(s)
manderine oranges

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil Cranberries and sugar in 1/2 cup of water about 7 minutes just until cranberrys begin to pop.
While cranberries are cooking make jello according to pkg. directions

Add nuts,celery drained oranges and cranberries. Chill until just set and stir to mix solids evenly.

Chill until set or overnight
