deli ham, sliced thin but not shredded
Tear ham and lettuce into bite-size pieces and put into a large bowl. Add the mayo and the sugar; mix well.
Refrigerate for at least two hours.
Spread on the bread of your choice for a yummy, gooey sandwich. Enjoy!
Note: the mayo may get watery; if so, just drain it off.
