Moroccan Dinner Salad #1
leaves of romaine lettuce ( or any leafy kind ) cut in half
red onion ( diced finely ) or half circled
tomatoes peeled and diced
table oil ( vege oil, safflower, sunflower ect.)
1mix onion and tomato together with oil.
2on a plate arrange lettuce neatly.
3gently fill lettuce with mixture making it easily accesible for finger food..
4sprinkle salt over top and serve room temp or chilled.. can accompany any meal

Thank you for this recipe :) I recently went to Morocco and it was great! Do you have by any chance a recipe for a carrot salad I had there? I think it was carrot, mandarins, and maybe some kind of a wilted lettuce? If you do I would surely appreciate it! Thank You! umm Chokran! :)
