- leaves of romaine lettuce ( or any leafy kind ) cut in half
- red onion ( diced finely ) or half circled
- tomatoes peeled and diced
- 1 Tbsp
- 2 Tbsp
- table oil ( vege oil, safflower, sunflower ect.)
1mix onion and tomato together with oil.
2on a plate arrange lettuce neatly.
3gently fill lettuce with mixture making it easily accesible for finger food..
4sprinkle salt over top and serve room temp or chilled.. can accompany any meal
