In skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. W/ a slotted spoon, remove bacon to a paper towel to drain, let cool and crumble.
Add scallions and garlic to drippings. Cook, stirring until scallions are tender. Stir in vinegar, sugar, mustard, and pepper. Stir in bacon. Drizzle over greens.
