Deb's StoryMy Son-in-law loves this salad. I always double it when I know he's going to be at the dinner table. That way I know there will be some leftovers for him! This is one of those salads that tastes even better on the second day.
head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
head of lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
purple onion, diced
bacon, cooked and crumbled
1Layer lettuce*, cauliflower and onion in a 3 qt. bowl.
2Mix the mayonaise, sugar, and milk together and spread evenlyh over top, sealing to the edge of the bowl.
3Sprinkle bacon and parmesan cheese over the mayonaise mixture.
4Garnish with a little more chopped lettuce and onion for additional color. Cover salad tightly and refrigerate for at least 12 hours
5NOTE: After washing the lettuce make sure it is very dry.
