Scrumptious Fruit Salad

1 medium
cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cubed
1 c
white seedless grapes
1 c
red seedless grapes
1 c
fresh strawberries, quartered
1 can(s)
mandarin oranges, 11 oz., drained
2 medium
kiwi fruit, peeled and quartered
1 c
blueberries, fresh
1 can(s)
frozen lemonade concentrate (12 oz), thawed
1 pkg
instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
2 medium
firm bananas, sliced. (to be added later so wait to slice.)


1In a large bowl combine the fruits except the bananas. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.

2Just before serving, slice and stir in the bananas. Combine lemonade concentrate and pudding mix; pour over fruit and toss to coat.

3Add or substitute your favorite fruits to make this YOUR favorite snack!
