DirectionsMake dressing ahead of time using ingredients from cider vinegar. Shake in a jar. keep in fridge. you can even make it the day before. It's better that way.Just before serving. Mix greens and sliced pears with dressing and top with walnuts. Serve immediately.
you will not need all the dressing but it keeps for several days..
