| 2 Lg | cans fruit cocktail drained ( extra cherries please) |
| 1 Lg | can crushed pineapple or chunks ( well drained) |
| 2 Cups | each red and green grapes ( seedless) can cut in 1 halves |
| 1 sm | can mandarin oranges drained |
| 1 sm | bag mini marshmallows |
| 1 Lg | tub cool-whip, thawed |
| 2 lg | bananas sliced or diced |
| optional: any variety of fruit and fresh fruits you desire is good to use. berries, blueberries, strawberries, apples, etc | |

SIMPLE, and my Kids Favorite. . . I made a different fruit salad one year and my youngest son Joe had a fit. "Mom This is not what I asked for". . . Oops, mom was in Deep Poo-poo!!

But Yes You definately could use Coconut, No problem, almost any combination of Fruits work well.
