|1/3 c||white grape juice or apple juice|

DirectionsCombine fruit and grape juice in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.Mix together mayo and mustard in a medium bowl.
Add chicken, green onions and almonds. Mix well.
Stir cooked fruit into chicken mixture. Serve over salad greens as a main dish salad or in a pita pocket or on whole wheat bread as a sandwich filling.Variation: For fruited Curried chicken Salad, add 1 teaspoon curry powder to the mayo mixture.
