Crunchy Apple & Grape Salad

I found the original recipe on Pinterest, however, since I was looking for something dairy and soy free, with no processed sugar, I've altered it.

My family LOVES this salad. It is perfect for spring and summer!

"so delicious" cultured coconut milk (looks like a container of yogurt. can be found in the yogurt isle)
2 Tbsp
agave nectar - can be found on the baking isle
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
firm pear - cubed
1 large
crisp apple - cubed
1/2 c
slivered almonds
1/2 c
chopped walnuts
2 c
halved grapes
1 stalk(s)
celery - sliced (optional)
1 c
shredded coconut

Directions Step-By-Step

For the Dressing:
Mixed first three ingredients and place in refrigerator to chill while you prepare the salad.
Mix fruits, nuts, and shredded coconut.
Fold salad dressing into the salad.
