Ingredients

1 lb
cooked chicken breast or rotisserie chicken, shreadded (about 4 cups shredded)
1/2 c
diced red onion
1/2 c
diced apple
2/3 c
quartered or halved grapes
2/3 c
plain 2% fat greek yogurt
2 Tbsp
freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
add 1/3 cup dried cranberries before mixing to increase carbs and sweetness. add 1/2 cup chopped almonds or nut of choice to increast protein and healthy fats.
