Healthy Summer Chicken Salad

Chicken salad can taste good and be low fat too (only 4 points plus per 1/2 cup serving).
I love chicken salad but don't like how much fat and calories are usually in it. So I came up with this slimmed down version that's good on a bagel, pita pocket, wrap or even on a leaf of lettuce.

Ingredients

3 c
boneless skinless chicken thighs, baked and diced
1/4 c
walla walla sweet onion, finely diced
1/2 c
celery, finely diced
1/4 c
sweet pickle relish
1/2 c
fat free mayo
1 oz
fat free herbed feta crumbled with tomato and basil
1 1/2 tsp
cj's seasoning (posted on my recipes), or blackened seasoning
1/4 c
fat free sour cream
1/4 tsp
jd 's bacon salt (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients well cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving allowing the flavors to blend.

Note: You can add more feta crumbles to taste, just add 1 ww points plus per ounce of FF feta.
