Ingredients

1/2 c
salted peanurs, chopped
1/2 c
toasted sesame seeds
2 c
chicken, cubed
1/4 c
finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
red cooking wine
2/3 c
mayonnaise

Step-By-Step

1To toast sesame seeds, spread in shallow pan. Place in 350 degrees oven for 8 minutes, stirring often. When cooled, combine with chicken and chopped onion. In a separate bowl, blend soy sauce, wine and mayonnaise. Pour over chicken mixture tossing thoroughly. Serve chilled on lettuce leaves. Makes 4 servings.
