Ingredients

fully-cooked seasoned chicken breasts
4 tsp
sweet chile sauce (found in asian markets or asian isle in grocery)
1/2
seedless cucumber
4 c
thinly sliced napa cabbage
1/2 c
sliced green onions
2 c
thinly sliced carrots
1 1/2 c
chow-mein noodles (crispy ones in can)
1/2-1/3 c
bottled asian salad dressing - your choice
fresh baguette (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook chicken breasts (stove top or grill) until done and add sweet chile sauce to coat chicken and set aside.

Cut cucumber into thin, round slices. Cut chicken breasts into thin strips.

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, cucumber, green onions, carrots, and chow mein noodles with prepared dressing. Place chicken strips over top of mixture and serve immediately with fresh bread, if desired.
