Avocado Chicken Salad

Adapted from Sandy's Kitchen. We like to use Oikos brand Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

2 c
finely diced cooked chicken breast
1/2 c
2% plain greek yogurt
1 medium
avocado, chopped
1/4 c
fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
black pepper
1 - 2 dash(es)
hot sauce, your favorite - we use jalapeno sauce
1-2 Tbsp
lime juice, fresh squeezed
2 Tbsp
sliced almonds

Step-By-Step

1Sauté’ chicken until done, set aside
2Chop all vegetables
3Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bow
4Refrigerate until ready to serve
5Split the chicken salad in half and serve on your favorite greens
6Divide and sprinkle sliced almonds over both servings
