THIS IS A VARIATION OF A RECIPE I FOUND. WHEN I DON'T HAVE ALL THE INGREDIENTS CALLED FOR I ALTER TO FIT WHAT I HAVE AVAILABLE.
MY HUSBAND LOVED THIS ONE AND SO DID I!

Ingredients

1-2 lb
ground hamburg
1 bunch
iceburg lettuce shredded
1 c
chopped tomatoes
1 c
green and black olives chopped
1 pkg
mexican blend shredded cheese
1 c
french or thousand island dressing
1/2 c
water
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1-2 c
crushed nacho or frito chips(i prefer the chilli cheese)
1-2 Tbsp
sweet baby rays signature sauce
1 jar(s)
salsa

Step-By-Step

1BROWN HAMBURG IN FRYING PAN AND DRAIN EXCESS FAT.
2ADD TACO SEASONINGS, DRESSING,SIGNATURE SAUCE,AND WATER. LET SIMMER ON LOW FOR 10 -15 MINUTES.
3WHILE MEAT IS SIMMERING CHOP VEGGIES AND PLACE IN BOWL.
4TOSS IN CRUSHED CHIPS, CHEESE AND MIX.
5WHEN MEAT IS DONE AND COOLED SLIGHTLY, ADD TO SALAD AND MIX WELL
6ADD SALSA AND SOUR CREAM. (I LIKE TO ADD SOUR CREAM AND SALSA IN THE MIX WITH MEAT.)
7SERVE AND ENJOY!
