Found this cure 6 years ago and never turned back!

Ingredients

"raw" apple cider vinegar

Directions Step-By-Step

1
I suffered from severe acid reflux for years, I was on prevacid until I lost my health coverage and tried to refill my script. Over $200. a month for those pills so I set out to find a natural remedy.
After several months of suffering and scouring the internet a friend told me about "Raw" apple cider vinegar!
After about a week I finally found this bottle at the Health food store. It was about $8.00 and It's 32oz.

I took 1 teaspoon of it 6 years ago right before I ate dinner and have used it once since! Thats only because I was crazy enough to eat a jalapeno burger (it was loaded with them things and deeeeelish too!!)
The problem with acid reflux is this. Your body isn't making "enough" stomache acid! The fda and doc's will have you believe its the opposite! Of course if they tell you it's cureable, they wont make any $ off that!
I cured my acid reflux 6 years ago and to this day I eat "what ever I want"!!

Deb, what I do with it (skin on or not) is cut about a half dollar size piece into "pill" size chunks, then I swallow it with water, just like you would a pill!
It works within a few minutes, Love the stuff!

Very interesting! And thank you for sharing the information! I do have a juicer and am trying to incorporate using it much more. Ginger seems to be so strong to me, but maybe if I juice it and control the amount, it might work well. I think I will start a new thread and see if anyone else is using theirs and good recommendations for wonderful juices. :)

It took me a few years to talk my Dad into trying the Braggs vinegar. After he embraced it, he never looked back! As a matter of fact, he rarely needs to drink it now. Seems it balanced whatever was off kilter for him! The ginger sounds as strong tasting as the vinegar, but I would do that before taking any "medications" of God knows what side effects! I do not suffer from GURD, but I am trying to go as natural as I can with what works from nature. Whole foods are the way to go! And maybe I can sneak in some ginger for the health benefits :)
