In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Spray a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan with non stick spray really well.
Transfer the dough into the pan and push it all flat and level.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and score the bars for easier cutting. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
Turn the oven off and leave them in there to finish baking. A lot of ovens vary, so check on them often.
Makes 2-1/2 to 3 dozen healthy yummy (he said so) bars for your best friend.
Store in airtight containers. Great for gift giving at xmas time
