dried summer savory
2 Tbsp
dried rosemary
2 Tbsp
dried thyme
2 Tbsp
dried oregano
2 Tbsp
dried basil
2 Tbsp
dried marjoram
2 Tbsp
dried fennel seeds

Directions Step-By-Step

Place all items in airtight quart jar, secure with lid and shake vigorously until all spices are well blended.

May be stored in airtight container in pantry indefinitely

Note: Recipes using herbs de provence generally call for a bundle which can be made as follows:

Cut approximately 6 inch square of cheesecloth

Place 1 or 2 tablespoon of herb mixture in middle of cheesecloth

Pull all edges up tightly and tie snugly with cooking twine
