Turkey veggie wrap with sundried tomato pesto mayo

Amy Croyle

This wrap came to be when I was shoping at Trader Joe's and got a call asking me to bring lunch up to a yard work party at my Grandmas house in half an hour! So I quickly grabbed some of my favorite sandwich things and mine and my two sons favorite sandwich/wrap was born! You can get all the ingredients at trader joe's but I still prefer to use bestfoods mayo and when in season tomato, spinach, and basil out of my dads garden, like in this picture (taken last summer) I do not really have exact amounts, it is kinda by how you prefer it and how many you are making, but I will do my best and you can kinda get an idea from the left part of the picture before it is rolled up.
