- 15 oz can spicy chili beans, undrained
- 1 c
- chunky salsa
- 2 c
- coarsely broken baked tortilla chips
- 4 slice
- green onions
- tomato, chopped
- 1 c
- reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese
- tortilla chips
- sour cream for garnish.
1In lg skillet sprayed w/ cooking spray, cook ground turkey until browned over medium heat. Stir in chili beans and 1 cup salsa. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
2Place crushed tortilla chips into casserole dish. Top w/ turkey mix. Sprinkle w/ onions, tomato and cheese. Bake, uncovered 20-30 mins, or until bubbly.
3Arrange extra chips around edge of casserole dish. Serve w/ salsa and sour cream.
