Crust: Stir the first four ingredients together. (eggs, almond meal, parmesan cheese and oil) Pour into a large non-stick pan (mine has a nice 9 inch circle on the bottom) lightly coated with cooking spray. Cook until bubbles start to appear, flip like a pancake and cook the other side. remove from pan to a cooling rack.
Toppings: Saute the green peppers until tender. you cold use the vegetables of your choice. spread the pizza crust with the onion dip then add the turkey, peppers and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper.
Bake: We put our pizza on a pre-cut parchment circle and bake for aprox 10 min. at 375 degrees F or the cheese is hot and bubbly.
The topping combos are endless... I plan to make these pizzas at our Lodge Camp with my Girl Scouts. For those of you that are counting carbs... I counted 7 carbs for the entire pizza!
