1 medium
red pepper, cored and diced
1 medium
green pepper, cored and diced
1 medium
onion, chopped
1 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
2 can(s)
(15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 can(s)
(15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
2 can(s)
(15 oz) garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

(28 oz) diced tomatoes, un-drained
3 clove
garlic, minced
1 Tbsp
chili powder
1 tsp
paprika
1 tsp
oregano, dried
fresh ground pepper
sea salt to taste

Step-By-Step

1In large pot brown turkey with onions and drain excess fat.
2Place vegetables, half the garlic and oil in pot and saute until tender. Add beans, and tomatoes.
3Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
4Add spices and the rest of the garlic; mix well. Simmer for five more minutes. Add pepper and sea salt to taste
5NOTES: Freezed great in a Tupperware container.
For a vegetarian variety simply take out the ground turkey.
6Make a complete plate with a piece of cornbread.
