This recipe is from my Crock Pot recipe book ~ Great for a main meal in the summer or winter ~ Keep the kitchen cool and us too. Of course I had to find recipes with cranberries, my favorite !

celery, chopped

whole berry cranberry sauce
3/4 tsp
poultry seasoning
2 c
seasoned crumb-style stuffing

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large bowl, combine chicken broth, apple, onion, celery, cranberry sauce and poultry seasoning.

Divide stuffing evenly on each cutlet.

Roll up and tie, and place in the crock pot slow cooker.
Cover, cook on low 8 hrs or high for 4 hours.

Recommended Unit size: 3-6 quarts.
