I just joined this site. My future Daughter-In-Law,thought I'd be interested in it to give me more experience with the use of a computer. I'm enjoying myself.
This 1 Point Chili was given to me by a co-worker after we had a contest of the biggest loser at work.All my 62 pound lost in 15 weeks had to do with my collecting information of the Weight Watchers program without stepping into a group meeting which is not my ideal place.My co-workers were my,"Cheering Squad".

Ingredients

10 oz
ground turkey breast
1 medium
onion diced
2 - 15 oz
cans diced tomatoes
2 small
zucchini diced
2 small
yellow squash diced
1 small
can black beans rinsed and drained
2 - 15 oz
cans fat free beef broth
4
celery stalks diced
2 small
green bell peppers
1 pkg
chili seasoning
2 can(s)
tomato paste ( if you want )

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook meat and onion.Put everything in pot and cook to your taste.
