This is one of my childhood favorites, my family , (my Hubby and my kids do not like it so I don't get to have it often). It is very good.

Ingredients

2=3 lb
baby back pork ribs
1 qt
sauerkraut
1 c
brown sugar
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Cut ribs apart, salt and pepper both sides well.
Place in baking dish, bake covered in 350 degree oven about 2 hours.
2Remove from oven and cover ribs with sauerkraut, sprinkle with brown sugar cover and return to oven bake another hour.
3I usually serve this with Mashed potatoes and butter but you can use what your family likes.
