Ingredients

3-4 lb
pork spareribs or country-style pork ribs

1 medium
onion, sliced
1 bottle
16 oz. any bottled bbq sauce or 2 cups homemade
salt and pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper. Place ribs in broiler pan and broil for 30 minutes to brown and remove excess fat. (Watch carefully)

Place sliced onions in slow cooker. Slice ribs into serving pieces and add to onions. Pour in BBQ sauce.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
