Cut in half remove seeds and brush with olive oil, and s&p.
put cutside down in baking pan and roast at 425 for approximatly 30 til fork tender. Cool for ten min. and run fork thru for spaghetti.
Turn pan down to a med low.
Add spaghetti squash to pan and pour milk mixture over gently toss.
