Line a small baking sheet with foil. I roll two foil logs and place them length wise on the cookie sheet and then place the loaf on top of them to keep the meat out of the grease when it cooks.
Preheat your smoker to 250. Prepare it with the water and wood chips, etc. Place your loaf into the smoker for approximately 3 - 3 1/2 hours. Top it with your favorite BBQ sauce the last 30 minutes of cooking.
