Slow-cooked peachy pork chops

- bone-in pork chops, any visible fat removed
- 1/4 c
- light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp
- 1/4 tsp
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 29 oz can cling peach halves, 1/4 cup syrup reserved
- 1/4 c
- vinegar, i used cider vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
1Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over med-high heat. Brown chops on both sides, pour off any fat.
2In bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, tomato sauce , reserved peach syrup, and vinegar, mix well.
3Sprinkle chops w/ salt and pepper and place in a 4-quart slow-cooker. Place peaches on top of chops. Pour sauce over peaches. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hrs, or until chops are cooked through, but tender.
