Wash the bell peppers. On a cutting board, slice them into strips then cut in half across.
Peel onion then chop in strips like peppers.
Saute peppers and onions with a little bit of vegetable oil, or any other oil of your choice. When they are halfway done cook the sausages on a frying pan with a little bit of oil.
Cut sausages into pieces and serve with sauteed peppers and onion.
