Guess what? I am in the kitchen creating again. Low in the cupboard. It's amazing how we can visualize and create a recipe and it is so yummy. I give this dish 5 out of 5. According to my husband it was really good.
1In a stock pot add water and bring it to a boil; add ravioli. When ravioli rises to the top;remove and set aside. In a small fry pan fry the sausage & onion; set aside. In a large frying pan add evoo on medium high. Place a few ravioli at a time and fry on both sides till golden brown.
2In a 9x13 pan place ravioli first, sprinkle Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt & pepper. Next layer add sausage mixture. On the next layer put the raw vegetables. Adding seasoning and more Parmesan cheese. Pour the Alfredo sauce all over the top. Finally sprinkle the mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil. Place in a 375f oven for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes remove foil and broil top to melt the cheese to get golden brown.
