old family favorite. My husband loves it. The first time I made it for him he asked me to marry him.

Ingredients

pork steak

1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp
milk

Directions Step-By-Step

season pork steak with salt and pepper

brown pork steak on each side, until it's not bloody

cover with mushroom soup

place lid on skillet, simmer for 45 minutes or until pork is done

remove meat from pan, stir in milk until gravy is desired consistency. You can use more or less depending on your liking

serve over mashed potatoes

    this can also be made in the oven. Transfer to baking pan instead of simmering in skillet, cook at 350 covered for approximately the same amount of time. My mom and grandmother have also made this in crock pot/slow cooker also.
