cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
salt and pepper
1season pork steak with salt and pepper
2brown pork steak on each side, until it's not bloody
3cover with mushroom soup
4place lid on skillet, simmer for 45 minutes or until pork is done
5remove meat from pan, stir in milk until gravy is desired consistency. You can use more or less depending on your liking
6serve over mashed potatoes

this can also be made in the oven. Transfer to baking pan instead of simmering in skillet, cook at 350 covered for approximately the same amount of time. My mom and grandmother have also made this in crock pot/slow cooker also.
