Ingredients

1 lb
lean ground pork
1 1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
dried sage
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/4 tsp
nutmeg
1/4 tsp
dried thyme
pinch of ground ginger
2 Tbsp
water

Directions Step-By-Step

In a bowl, combine all ingreduents, mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Fry in a skillet until meat is browned and cooked through out. Makes 6 servings.
