Pork Burger with Bacon

- ground pork
- strips thick-cut bacon
- •1/2 oz. parmesan cheese -- shredded (not grated
- 3 Tbsp
- finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 tsp
- pinch of ground black pepper
1Dice bacon into 1/4 inch pieces
2Mix all ingredients together (hands work best).
3Form into 3 patties about 1/2 inch thick.
4Grill over medium heat for 5 - 6 minutes per side
