I take the pork loin and slow cook in about 2 inches of water till tender on high for 4 hour or 5 hours. I sprinkle garlic powder and dice a medium onion over the top and cover.
After your Loin is done remove from your slow cooker and empty juice. Shred the meat Add your other ingredients mix well, Then add your loin back to the pot. You may need to add more brown sugar or vinegar depending on your liking. Let this cook for 4 hours on low in your slow cooker. Or until you think you can't wait any longer to eat it.
I'm always adding something depending on how much meat I use. this will make a lot of BBQ. If I use 5 lbs. of loin I always double or triple the recipe.
