Mom's Easiest Ever Baked Pork Chops

- pork chops, center cut, as many as you have people to feed
- salt and pepper
- thin slices of onion
- thin slices of lemon, unpeeled, deseeded
1Heat oven to 350°. Salt and pepper porkchops lightly on both sides. Place in a baking dish in a single layer.
2Top EACH CHOP with the following in order: One or two Thin onion slices , one or two Thin Lemon slices, and a Tablespoon or two of catsup. Spread catsup to cover.
3Add about 3-4 Tbsp. water to the pan, Cover with Foil and bake at 350 until fork tender. Check the chops after 30 minutes and then every 15 minutes til you can stick a fork into them and they are tender.
4If you like, you can remove the foil for the last 15 minutes to let the toppings brown a little. Remove from pan with spatula and serve.
