This recipe is low cal,double duty, with enormous flavor! It's a crockpot recipe too, so it tastes like you've been slaving all day :) I also use this pork in my cuban sandwiches too.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

pork tenderloins
2 c
fresh orange juice
1
lime, juice
1 1/2
water
2
chipolte peppers , seeded and chopped
1
large jalapeno ( or 2 small ones)
1/2
small white onion
1 pkg
fajita seasoning, divided use
3
bay leaves, dried

Step-By-Step

1Take your tenderloins out of the package, and dry them with paper towels. Salt & Pepper them on each side and sear them in a pan on high until they are golden brown on all sides.
2Combine your orange juice, lime juice, water into your crock pot.
3Add 2 tbsp of fajita seasoning to the juice/water mixture, throw in your chopped veggies: jalapenos, chipolte peppers,onions. Add the bay leaves.
4Put your tenderloins into the crock pot, cook on high for 4 hours until its tender and falls apart.
