Italian Spiced Pork Chops

- 6 oz envelope Italian salad dressing mix (regular or zesty)
- 1/4 c
- balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp
- dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp
- crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- pork chops
- 2 Tbsp
- vegetable oil
1In small bowl, combine salad dressing mix, vinegar, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes; beat with wire whisk until mix is dissolved. Add oil, beat well.
2In shallow glass baking dish, arrange chops in single layer. Spread oil mixture over both sides of pork. Let stand 15 minutes.
Grill or fry until no longer pink.
