Ingredients

slices of bread. your choich
olive oil, light
shredded mozzarella cheese
1-2 small
onions sliced
baby portebello mushrooms,sliced.

slices deli han,thin

Directions Step-By-Step

You will need 2 pie irons. Brush some olive oil on two slices of bread.put one slice of bread.olied side down into bottom of pie iron.
Sprinkle a little cheese a slice of onoin,a slice of mushroom,1 or 2 slices of ham,a little more cheese,a slice mushroom. Top with other slice of bread,Oiled side up.Close pie iron. Toste over medium heat 3-4 minutes each side. Should be golden brown when you open pie iron.Be careful. It will be hot. Open pie iron,carfully and enjoy.
