Ingredients

1/2 lb
lean ground beef
1/2 lb
lean ground pork
1/2 c
bread crumbs
1/2 c
finely grated carrot
1/2 c
finely grated zucchini
1
egg
1 jar(s)
ragu pasta sauce
8 oz
whole wheat spaghetti, cooked and drained

Step-By-Step

1Combine ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, carrot, zucchini and egg in a medium bowl; shape into 12 meatballs.
2Bring Pasta Sauce to a boil in 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Gently stir in uncooked meatballs.
3Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until meatballs are done. Serve over hot spaghetti.
