Place ribs in heavey duty foil. Then fold ends over and crimp all edges so nothing can escape.
Place on one side of the grill without flame. indirect cooking. cook for 3 hours on a lowest flame setting. after 3 hour place ribs on direct med to hot flame , baste the top,turn baste again.
Cook until there is a little char on each side baste again . enjoy your finger licken Gooooood ribs.
