Ingredients

4 lb
pork shoulder butt
1 large
yellow onion, sliced
1 pkg
french onion soup mix
2 c
water
1 bottle
bbq sauce

Step-By-Step

1Place onion on the bottom of the slow cooker, arrange pork butt on top. Mix water and onion mix together and pour over meat.Cook for 4 hours

2Pull out the pork and shredded with two forks. Remove 3/4 of the water and add the BBQ sauce ,heat though for 30 minutes.Place meat to the sauce and heat though. eat over hoggie bun, onion bun, etc...
