My husband and I like these chops . Because they can be fixed in oven or Crockpot . Found this recipe in a old magazine I was given. But can,t remember which one .

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


2 to 4 porkchops of your choice
1/2 stick
butter, cold or spread of your choice
1 pkg
dry onion soup mix
1 can(s)
chicken and rice soup

Directions Step-By-Step

`Brown your porkchops but not cooked through. Put into crockpot or slowcooker or bakeing dish .
Spread butter on top of each chop ,pour dry soup mix on each chop . If in crockpot put it on 350 for about 2 hours then turn down to 325 for rest of time. If bakening bake on 325 for 2 hours or more your choice .If crockpot doesn,t have tempture setting . Put on high for two hours then turn to low for another two hours .
If on bone the longer they cook the tender they get an will fall off bone . When I was working I would put in crockpot on 325 and cook until I returned . They get tender enough to cut with fork .
