1. Saute pork chops in oil until browned. Remove from saucepan and saute celery and orange slices for 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Return pork chops to saucepan, top with cranberries, sugars and salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Turn pork chops and continue to simmer an additional 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
