I didn't want to use the Full tenderloin for just us two.
These make such an eazy quick meal. Just take your Tenderloin Cut about 1/2 to 3/4" thick filets,
Grill or use George forman type grill, or even in a skillet, after seasoning.
Serve with Fresh seasoned green beans, OR corn on the cob and Grilled sliced Pineapple. Yummmy!

- pork tenderloin
- salt, pepper, garlic pdr to your taste
- 1 Tbs
- montreal pork seasoning (optional)
- 3- 5 Tbs
- olive oil
BEST EVER PORK TENDERLOIN FILLETS
1Slice your Tenderloin. about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
coat well with olive oil.
Sprinkle your seasoning, now, be generous. we like our seasonings.
2Grill 3-4 min per side. or til done thru.
(DO NOT OVER COOK) test for doneness.
Should be tender and juicy inside.
Skillet method, heat a little olive oil to med high. cook 3-4 minutes on each side.
