Ingredients

2 c
pecans, finely chopped
1 tsp
ground black pepper
salt, to taste

boneless pork loin chops
2 large
eggs, beaten

Step-By-Step

1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2Combine the pecans, black pepper and salt in a pie plate.
3Beat eggs in a pie plate or cake pan.
4Dip the pork chops in the egg, then dredge the pork chops through the pecan mixture until they are well coated.
5Place pork chops on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-35 minutes, depending on thickeness of chops, or until done.
